Rod Laws is a Chartered Accountant and involved in the audit, GST, income tax and capital gains tax requirements of the NSW Strata industry for over 33 years. This ranges from Owners Corporations, Neighbourhood Schemes, Community Schemes and Building Management Committees. He has been involved in complex transactions of Owners Corporations selling common property including newly constructed common property to fund renovations, the sale of easements and rental of common property.
