Karen Stiles

Karen Stiles joined OCN as Executive Officer in January 2012 following her voluntary contribution via its then committee. She brought with her to OCN a wealth of ‘real-life’ strata experience.

Karen’s experience on strata committees began with her first apartment in 1984, and includes minor and major upgrade projects plus overseeing a large major defects claim. Today she sits on one small regional strata scheme.

Karen’s commercial experience spans large accounting and investment firms, five years with the Worldwide Fund for Nature, and managing a small communications training organisation before joining OCN.
